Tips on selecting a Personal
Identification Number:
Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) provides security for your
TruStar ATM/Debit card. Only you know your secret number. If it is lost
or stolen, the card is useless to anyone else.
Selecting your PIN is easy. Just pick any four-digit number, but to make
your card easy to use and as secure as possible:
- Memorize your number and keep a copy
of it in a safe place. Do not write it down in your wallet or purse.
- Keep you PIN confidential.
- Don't use numbers such as your
birthday, telephone number or zip code.
- Choose a number that is easy for you
to remember.
