First Mortgage Loans
– Whether you are buying your first home or moving up from an
existing one, TFCU has first mortgages with low rates and repayment
options to fit your budget. Our courteous, professional staff is
committed to making the time-consuming, sometimes complicated process of
obtaining a first mortgage easy and hassle-free.
Home Equity Line of
Credit – A TFCU home equity line of credit works like a
pre-approved line of credit, allowing you to borrow the money you need
as you need it. And, because your home secures the loan, you’ll pay a
lower interest rate than with other types of loans. Your tax accountant
can tell you if the interest you pay is tax deductible at tax time.
Home Equity Loans –
With a TFCU mortgage, you can borrow a fixed amount against your
home’s equity-up to 100% of the value of your home for qualifying
members. Since you receive the fixed
amount all at once, you can use the money immediately to consolidate
debts, purchase a car, vacation or make any other purchase you want.
Student Loans –
TFCU offers Federal Insured Student Loans; the Stafford-subsidized and
unsubsidized, and Parent Plus. If you are considering post-secondary
education, see us for more information on how to apply for these loans.
TFCU can fund these loans to make repayment easier at your credit
union. Our lender number is 830443 if you have already made application
and would like TFCU to fund your Federal Insured Student Loan. For
