TruStar Federal Credit Union strives to make your online experience an easy one. To access your credit union accounts online, just click on the "TruBank Online Banking Services" button above. From there you will be able to review your accounts, transfer funds, make Consumer Loan payments and even print out a statement. Sign up through the Members Audio Response System by calling (218) 283-5555 or 1-800-887-4551 to get your PIN (Personal Identification Number).

TruPay Online Billpay
TruPay, our online bill paying service is available to members with a Share Draft account. TruPay is $5.00 per month for unlimited online bill paying*.
TruPay features:

• First month of service is FREE.

• $5.00 per month charge* is deducted on the anniversary day each month. thereafter from the member's draft account.

• Rules and Regulations on the program.

• The completed Enrollment Form is faxed to netzee. You will then receive confirmation and a welcome letter within two weeks to inform you that you are able to start paying your bills online.

*or FREE if you have a combined share and loan balance of $20,000 or more.

Members can add merchants either online or by phone.

• If a member adds a merchant online, the new merchant will be available within 3 business days (the day the merchant is added is not counted as a business day).

• A member can also add a merchant by contacting Subscriber Services at 1.877.766.8327.
