Public Notice of Patronage DividendA photo of Kipp Raboin, President/CEO

February 27, 2024

TruStar Federal Credit Union has announced that the payment of a Patronage Dividend is back, after a three-year absence.

$650,000 has been divided amongst TruStar's eligible members and deposited into their accounts on February 27, 2024.  "When our capital exceeds our goal for the year, the excess is returned to our members in the form of a Patronage Dividend" stated Kipp Raboin, President/CEO.  This amounts to $4.75 million since 2013.

TruStar is a not-for-profit cooperative, which means members are owners of the credit union, and therefore share in a portion of the credit union's profits.  "This is a perfect example of what being a member of a financial cooperative is all about - sharing the success of the business."

With assets more than $330 million, TruStar currently serves over 18,000 members throughout Koochiching, Beltrami, Hubbard, Becker, Wadena, and Northwest St. Louis Counties.  To learn more about TruStar Federal Credit Union including how to join, click this link.
