Branch Manager/Commercial Lender - Menahga

TruStar Federal Credit Union is accepting applications for a full-time Branch Manager/Commercial Lender at our Menahga office. This position will oversee the daily operations of TruStar’s Menahga branch and will ensure that the branch meets its financial, operational, and growth goals. This person will also manage and grow an existing commercial loan portfolio by assisting members with their commercial lending needs, analyzing loan requests, and making credit decisions based on lending policy. TruStar is looking for a self-starter with strong communication and leadership skills. Previous experience in both lending and management is required. TruStar offers an attractive compensation and benefit package which includes, paid time off, paid federal holidays, medical, dental, vision, optional life insurance, long-term disability, flex spending, critical illness and accident insurance, employer contributed health savings account, employer paid short-term disability and group life insurance, and an employer profit sharing 401k retirement plan.

Consumer Loan Officer - International Falls

TruStar Federal Credit Union is accepting applications for a full-time Consumer Loan Officer at our International Falls office. This position would assist members with their consumer lending needs, analyze loan requests, and make credit decisions based on lending policy. Candidates should have banking experience, be a self-starter, and have strong communication skills.
